BACKGROUND

Her startup leadership career began in late 2012, when she joined healthfinch, a health tech company in Madison, WI which was acquired by the publicly traded company Health Catalyst. She served as the chief operations/commercial officer, overseeing sales, marketing and internal operations, where she helped grow revenue by 10X, the team from 4 to 50, and co-led fundraising of $10M of venture capital.

Previous roles include serving as the chief development officer at Cogent Health (subsequently acquired by Sound Physicians), where she reported to the CEO and brought in $16M of revenue in under 2 years.

Prior roles include serving as the director of strategic partnerships and managing director of the growth unit at Zynx Health.

Dr. Cordes began her career as a pediatrician and medical director for Providence Health and Services, where she oversaw several FQHCs in addition to providing care for her own patients.
